What you will accomplish with us

As a Transaction Technician, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Bring your expertise to administrative tasks when processing various redemption and transaction requests for individual annuity contracts, in compliance with existing policies and procedures;
• Take advantage of your meticulous spirit by coding information into computer systems (contract issuances, deposits, transfers, etc.);
• Ensure the compliance and accuracy of documentation related to transaction requests;
• Process a large volume of varied requests within established deadlines;
• Contribute to the quality of operations in an individual savings and retirement environment where products evolve rapidly and tax laws are frequently updated.

• Intermediate level of English language knowledge is required, as the person in the position will be called upon to process transaction files, respond to clients and internal teams, and communicate with clients or financial institutions on a daily basis.

The typical salary range for this position is between 50,000 and 52,000 CAD; the base salary may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity.
