We are looking for a Maintenance Attendant who wishes to provide a warm service to our guests while respecting the standards and norms of our hotel.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the incumbent will be responsible for performing general building maintenance tasks as well as guest service in the rooms and public areas.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs in the hotel rooms and public areas.
• Ensure interior and exterior preventive maintenance of the building.
• Perform end-of-season maintenance.
• Respond to guest service requests.
• Maintain common areas such as the entrance hall, bathrooms, and others.
• Complete all other related tasks.
• Adhere to the hotel's policies, procedures, and service standards.

Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance.
• Availability to work under variable hours (weekdays, weekends, and holidays).
• Be particularly responsible, reliable, resourceful, and have a keen eye for detail.
• Possess the physical capabilities to perform the required tasks.
• Ability to work in a team and effectively share information.
• Be bilingual (French/English).
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Working Conditions

• Salary: Starting at $26.29/hour
