Our firm is currently looking for a passionate, involved, and professional receptionist to become the first smile our clients encounter.

An overview of your daily role: Greet clients with professionalism and courtesy;

Answer phone calls and distribute them while ensuring a high level of customer service;

Manage the email inbox;

Digitize documents;

Prepare and ensure the daily mailing of correspondence;

Responsible for going to the post office for recommended mail (as needed);

Weekly compilation of missing items to purchase (stationery, food, cleaning products, etc.);

Order meals as needed;

All other related tasks.

Job Information: Location: Boucherville

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Employment Type: Permanent

The position is in-person.

Compensation: $26.00 to $27.00 per hour
