Dental Secretary

We are looking for a partner to fill a dental secretary position at the Maxillo Montreal clinic.

Your role as a partner:

As a dental secretary, you set the tone as soon as patients enter. A friendly smile, dynamic welcome, and straightforward efficiency: you make their experience enjoyable before they even see the chair. Appointments, files, billing: you handle all of this with a sure hand, without losing your energy. With you at the reception, nothing goes wrong: the clinic runs smoothly and the team can focus on care.

Your skills: You have a high school diploma and any other relevant experience.

You are known for your team spirit and customer service awareness — you create a climate of trust from the first smile.

You are proficient in the Dentitek software, a plus that makes life easier!

You embody strong values of integrity, collaboration, and human approach.
