Within the Banking Relations team, Cashier, the role holder plays a key role in managing letters of credit and banking administration activities. They act as a point of contact between internal teams, financial institutions, and external suppliers, ensuring coordination, documentation, and tracking of activities related to bank accounts.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate the issuance of letters of credit by gathering required documentation and preparing requests for issuing banks;
- Prepare wire transfer instructions related to fees associated with letters of credit;
- Perform reconciliations between bank information and La Caisse's internal systems;
- Ensure reconciliation and tracking of fees related to letters of credit;
- Analyze bank account opening requests and determine required documentation;
- Coordinate the collection of information needed for account openings;
- Ensure updating and tracking of the list of authorized signatories;
- Coordinate with financial institutions on organizational or personnel changes impacting bank accounts;
- Contribute to automation initiatives and projects aimed at improving processes.

What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance;
- One (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience in a similar role;
- Excellent French and English proficiency, both spoken and written;
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
- Knowledge of banking systems, treasury processes, and document management tools;
- Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and banking partners.
