In this position, you support Patrimony Management Advisors in delivering exceptional client service, aiming to create a positive long-term impact on our client base.

Your Role

• Support Patrimony Management Advisors in delivering superior client service and be available to address client requests.
• Perform routine financial transactions (e.g., buying and selling securities, making required adjustments).
• Process deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and currency conversion instructions for all investment accounts and ensure rigorous tracking.
• Analyze and open client files and keep them up-to-date.
• Generate portfolio management reports.
• Manage client file administration through scheduling, appointment setting, and preparing client meetings.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and risk management rules.

Financière Banque Nationale - Patrimony Management is the fifth-largest securities brokerage firm in Canada by size. We have approximately 1,000 Patrimony Management Advisors managing the assets of over 400,000 clients across around 100 branches. Under regional leadership, you will work with a Patrimony Management Advisor to deliver an exceptional client experience. Collaboration and teamwork will be key to your success.

Requirements

• Completed college and/or university studies in a related field
• 2 years of relevant experience in the banking ('back office'), insurance, and/or finance sectors
• Securities trading course (CCVM) and/or course related to the Code of Conduct Manual
• ERCI: Canadian Regulatory Examination on Investments completed
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent customer service skills
