Description: As a Platform Administrator for the Secrets Management Platform, Vault, you ensure the operation, maintenance, security, and evolution of the secrets management platform for multi-cluster, multi-region, on-premise, and Azure environments. You work according to DevOps principles, prioritizing automation, simplicity, and security best practices. You act as an expert for internal teams in the integration, management, and use of secrets.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage software deployments, including installation, configuration, and updates of applications, as well as developing custom solutions to meet specific client needs
• Participate in incident and problem resolution by proposing solutions, developing action plans, and providing assistance to business partners
• Configure security settings
• Write and update technical documentation related to installations and configurations to maintain records
• Perform data backup and restoration in case of system failure (on-call)
• Conduct system functionality tests and verify stability for technologies
• Monitor the health status of the platform using implemented monitoring tools
• Stay vigilant about development best practices and ensure they are known and used by development teams

Specifically, you will be tasked with

• Vault Administration
• Administer, configure, and maintain HashiCorp Vault Enterprise, including high availability, DR, and restorations.
• Manage authentication methods (LDAP, OIDC, TLS, machine-to-machine) and various Secret Engines.
• Ensure the integrity, performance, and security of environments.
• Automation and Infrastructure-as-Code
• Manage Vault "as code" via Terraform, Git, and GitHub Actions/Workflows.
• Maintain and improve Terraform modules and CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate operational tasks (Bash scripts, json query).
• Support for Teams and Projects
• Assist teams in integrating their applications with Vault (on-prem and Azure).
• Contribute to secret migrations from other platforms.
• Act as an expert and advisor to various stakeholders on secure secret usage.
• Write and maintain technical documentation and user guides.

What We Are Looking For

• Linux experience in CLI
• Experience with Terraform, Git, and GitHub Actions
• Proficiency in HashiCorp Vault Enterprise
• DevOps knowledge: automation, simplicity, continuous improvement
