We are looking for our future Process Specialist to join our teams.

Main responsibilities

• Validate the methodological compliance of processes and their deliverables.
• Participate in the development of automation scripts in Enterprise Architect (EA) for BPMN models.
• Ensure, with the business architecture advisor, the consistency between Archimate and BPMN models.
• Identify elements in process modeling that require arbitration and make proposals.
• Participate in the process validation committee.
• Guide business analysts in the respect of good practices for using business process modeling tools.
• In support of the team lead, conduct prospective research on the evolution of business process modeling methodologies and propose improvements.
• Support the team lead in updating guides and tools.

Desired profile

• Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, information systems, or equivalent.
• Possess seven (7) years of experience in the field of information technology.
• Possess at least five (5) years of experience in business process modeling with BPMN 2.0.
• Possess at least two (2) years of experience in a Quebec government organization or ministry.
• Have passed the IIBA CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis) certification or an equivalent.
• Mastery of Enterprise Architect (Sparx Systems) for modeling and documentation (note that the resource's knowledge will be evaluated during technical tests).
• Possess functional knowledge of UML and Archimate languages.
• Possess functional knowledge of project management and documentation tools (e.g., SharePoint, Atlassian suite).
