What You’ll Do

• You’ll own end-to-end analysis of inventory health, demand signals, and supplier performance to drive concrete recommendations.
• You’ll lead root-cause investigations on operational issues and turn findings into process improvements.
• You’ll build and maintain reporting/dashboards for key supply chain KPIs (fill rate, inventory turns, on-time delivery) that inform team and leadership decisions.
• You’ll support demand planning and MRP optimization, working directly with planning parameters and data.
• You’ll partner with Supply Chain Specialists and cross-functional teams (procurement, planning, operations) as a growing contributor, not just an observer.
• You’ll take ownership of a defined project or mini-portfolio as you build toward a Specialist role.

What You Bring to the Table

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or related field (recent graduate).
• Internship or co-op experience in supply chain, procurement, planning, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong analytical and data skills (Excel/Google Sheets required; SQL or data analysis tools a strong plus).
• A curiosity to learn, a collaborative mindset, and a drive to contribute to something meaningful
