Are you recognized for moving things forward, mobilizing a team, and finding solutions when operations cannot slow down?

At Polymos, we are looking for a leader who will take charge of the pre-expansion activities for our Terrasse-Vaudreuil and Vaudreuil plants. Your role will be simple to define but strategic to achieve: As a Pre-Expansion Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating pre-expansion activities of the raw material, to ensure a stable and production-conforming supply. You will also contribute to process optimization and team mobilization.

You will be at the center of action, in collaboration with production, quality, maintenance, and planning teams, with a real influence on the performance of our operations.

What you can expect

• Lead pre-expansion activities for all shifts
• Mobilize, develop, and support your team to achieve objectives
• Ensure the quality, stability, and availability of the material for production
• Optimize processes and contribute to continuous improvement projects
• Collaborate with key departments to improve operational fluidity
• Ensure the health, safety, and performance of the equipment
• The profile we are looking for:
• DEC in a relevant field
• Experience in supervision or coordination in a manufacturing environment
• Between 6 and 8 years of experience in a production environment
• Motivational leadership and strong presence on the ground
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of the pre-moistening process: an asset
