Regional Director – Quebec Region
Clareo is an innovative dental clinic network, bringing together an exceptional team of employees, general dentists, and specialists in periodontics, orthodontics, and maxillofacial surgery across its 32 clinics in Quebec. Joining the Clareo team means participating in the growth of a human network, the only one 100% owned by Quebec!
As our network grows, we are looking for a Regional Director for the Quebec region and its surroundings.
Reporting to the Vice President, Operations, you will be responsible for planning, managing, evaluating, and optimizing all operational activities of the dental clinics under your supervision, including human resources, financial, and material resource management. As a strategic partner, you will actively contribute to the development of our network and the promotion of our organizational culture.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Manage a team of clinic managers with care and competence.
Support, motivate, lead, and develop your team in achieving clinic goals and daily operations.
Hire and develop talent through effective recruitment, training, and development, continuous performance management, motivational leadership, and a commitment to providing an exceptional employee experience.
Establish and maintain effective communication and information dissemination, including regular clinic visits.
Lead the implementation and ensure compliance and standardization of the company's programs, policies, and procedures.
Actively contribute to Clareo's reputation as an employer of choice by ensuring an exceptional employee and dentist experience.
Collaborate and ensure your team's engagement and accountability in implementing actions, initiatives, and programs aimed at attracting, acquiring, and retaining talent (employees and dentists).
Collaborate with the network's dentists to establish good communication between operations and professionals.
Build a network of contacts for recruiting dentists and hygienists.
Identify business opportunities through the addition of new services to develop your clinics.
Participate in identifying and implementing projects that may require clinic expansion and relocation under your supervision.
Ensure an exceptional patient experience by sensitizing, motivating, and equipping the team on their contribution to patient satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain a watch on best practices to standardize and continuously improve the patient experience offered within the network.
Regularly review the clinic environment and performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
Contribute to the harmonious integration of new clinics joining the network.
Desired Profile
University degree in business administration, in a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in multisite management, ideally in the dental or healthcare sector
Strong business vision and experience in financial and budgetary management
Excellent leadership skills with experience in leading, coaching, and developing teams
Excellent organizational and decision-making skills in a changing environment
Ability to identify priorities and work with minimal supervision
Experience in growth and acquisition is considered an asset
Ability to build strong relationships, professionalism, initiative, optimism, and team spirit
Demonstrate rigor and methodology
