THE ROLE
In your role, you will support the delivery of retail services to a specific clientele – Canadian Forces members. This way, you will help your community. You will manage all merchandise received and shipped from the store by checking the quantity and condition of delivered goods, filling out documentation, and ensuring proper tracking in the point-of-sale system. You will create price labels from purchase orders and perform checks to confirm the accuracy of prices and stock.
The role holder loads and unloads, packs and unpacks, assembles and disassembles merchandise, and organizes displays and signage. You will prepare transfers for merchandise to be shipped, ensure that merchandise is recorded before sending it for repair, and organize the timing of product deliveries to the clientele. You may order supplies and merchandise, and execute customer orders.
In this role, everyone works as a team, using modern technology and understanding the unique pressures and rewards of military service, to provide the best customer experience to our members and simplify and improve their lives.
