Your impact

You will lead a team of corporate insurance brokers responsible for a significant commercial portfolio. Through your leadership, you will contribute to the growth, retention, profitability of the portfolio, as well as the development of talent and the next generation. You will play a key role in achieving business objectives and in the excellence of the customer experience offered by La Turquoise.

Your daily life at La Turquoise as an Operations Director (Solutions Counseling):

• Mobilize, develop, and support a team of corporate insurance brokers.
• Ensure the achievement of growth, retention, and profitability objectives of the portfolio under your responsibility.
• Support brokers in strategic, complex, or advanced placement expertise cases.
• Develop a strong performance culture, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Use performance indicators to support team progress and achieve results.
• Promote the adoption of best practices and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with insurers, partners, and internal leaders to offer a high-level customer experience.
• Contribute to the shine of La Turquoise with insurers, partners, and business networks.

• Significant experience in corporate insurance damage.
• Recognized experience in team management and development.
• Solid understanding of portfolio management, placement, and insurance markets.
• Demonstrated ability to mobilize teams around ambitious goals.
• Credible, mobilizing, and results-oriented leadership.
• Excellent relational and communication skills.
• Experience in performance management and indicator-based steering.
• Mandatory insurance damage corporate license.
• PAA or CIP (asset).
• Bilingual French and English (to communicate orally and in writing with our clients and partners across Canada).
