Head Pharmacist Technician

Within your team, your essential role will be

• Supervise and coordinate the pharmacy technical assistants team;
• Ensure optimal management of inventory and orders;
• Participate in the reception, storage, and verification of goods;
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and internal procedures;
• Collaborate closely with pharmacists to ensure quality service to patients;
• Train and mentor new hires and foster a positive work environment;
• Manage schedules and task distribution within the technical team;
• You must hold a technical pharmacy college diploma to occupy this position;
• Experience in management is an asset, but if you don't have it, we will train you.

• Between 10 and 30 hours
• 35 hours or more
