Main Responsibilities

• In partnership with the Director, ensure a quality customer service that meets the company's standards of excellence;
• Ensure the achievement of objectives and activities related to the operation of his branch;
• Ensure the application of norms, procedures and programs established by New Look;
• Train the next generation and support the professional development of employees in his branch;
• Be an ambassador for a company committed to the environment and its local community.

Required Qualifications

• Have a minimum of one year of experience in retail management;
• Have achieved significant results;
• Ability to communicate;
• Leadership and ability to motivate and mobilize a sales team;
• Have a sense of organization, priority management and ability to manage pressure.
