As a highly talented and motivated senior resource, you have over 15 years of experience in the delivery and sale of technology and consulting services. You solve challenges with a keen ability to diagnose the unique needs of clients. You identify the gap between their current situation and their target through Oracle Cloud solutions.

Job summary: The person in this role is responsible for acting as a Technical Lead on Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects, providing guidance as a subject matter expert. They will lead the team throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring the quality of work and deadlines are met. They will collaborate with Cloud Implementation Project Managers to plan and schedule all functional and technical development activities to meet the defined scope and milestones, while identifying and leading new business opportunities to develop our Human Capital Management practice.

• Have skills with Oracle Cloud and practical knowledge of SaaS (Software as a Service), PaaS (Platform as a Service), and IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) solutions.
• Have executive presence and existing relationships with the leadership and other executives of Canadian enterprise clients.
• Drive new business by creating thoughtful proposals and establishing strong client relationships in Oracle.
• Have experience delivering complex solutions to large clients on Oracle technologies, as a manager or delivery lead.
• Have worked within a global delivery model, leveraging local and offshore workforce.
• Have a keen sense of operational processes in areas such as recruitment, workforce management, employment relations, payroll, benefits administration, health and safety, compensation administration, absence and time management, talent management processes, and learning management.
• Have experience in creating new sales opportunities, progressing opportunities throughout the sales process, and closing contracts.
• Be able to demonstrate presentation and storytelling skills.
• Be able to manage and mentor several resources and serve as a people manager.
• Support clients through digital transformations, helping them find operational efficiencies and new revenue sources (e.g., Oracle Cloud pivot, Oracle roadmap).
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
• Support business development opportunities to offer clients innovative technology solutions and ways of working.

What you need

• Bachelor's degree or diploma from a college program in a related discipline
• At least 15 years of experience in leading Human Capital Management program delivery, with at least 5 years as a manager of complex Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Proven success in managing multi-million-dollar programs ($5 to $50 million) and collaborating with international teams.
• Holistic Delivery: Lead Oracle Cloud implementations (recruitment, workforce management, employment relations, payroll, benefits administration, health and safety, compensation administration, absence and time management, talent management processes, and learning management) while ensuring scope, budget, schedule, and quality are met, enabling business transformation and value realization.
• Program Leadership and Governance: Establish governance models, lead steering committees, and oversee RAID logs, change controls, and quality controls.
• Management of Multidisciplinary Teams: Manage diverse teams across functional, technical, and change management workstreams. Mentor and coach consultants to improve delivery quality and client satisfaction.
• Risk Mitigation and Escalation Management: Anticipate project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and serve as the point of contact for client and delivery-related escalations.
• Executive Presence: Be able to interact with confidence, influence senior executives, and earn their trust.
• Storytelling and Communication: Be able to communicate complex technical solutions using clear and compelling business narratives.
• Transaction-Oriented Mindset: Have experience in structuring, negotiating, and closing large-scale transformation transactions.
• Leadership: Be able to motivate cross-functional teams and foster a high-performance culture.
• Strategic Thinking: Be able to align results with general business objectives and client transformation programs.

English is required for this role, as the person in this role will regularly interact with stakeholders in Canada, the United States, and other countries within our global footprint, where English is the common language. Due to the high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is intrinsic to this role, a restructuring of the company's activities is not possible to avoid this requirement.
