What will you contribute to the team?

• Assist the business segment in achieving its goals by defining human resources and organizational development issues and leading the analysis and diagnosis of client needs.
• Coach and support managers regarding their work relations issues, leadership development, performance management, talent management, change management, employee relations, and communication.
• Advise management on the application and interpretation of the collective agreement and communicate work relations alignments.
• Support the delivery and deployment of human resources programs and processes, such as performance management, compensation, annual leadership review, employee engagement survey, and development.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and best practices to influence human resources strategies.
• Assist managers in the creation and full integration of recruitment, hiring, and retention strategies. You will be supported by the Talent Acquisition team.
• Manage and enforce daily HR transactions.
• Act as a facilitator for change management projects.
• Design and deploy the master human resources plan for your business unit.

How will you thrive in this role?

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• You have three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in Human Resources and Work Relations.
• You have experience in developing, designing, and delivering Human Resources business solutions for a variety of clients.
• You are motivated and act as a change agent.
• You are recognized for your strong interpersonal relationships.
• You have the ability to influence management.
• You are comfortable managing various projects and mandates, collaborating, and working in a team.
• You are results-driven and recognized for your multitasking skills in a dynamic and changing environment.
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
