We are currently looking for a third key to join our team at our Lévis store.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Achieve set sales targets.
  • Support the store manager in daily operations.
  • Provide support for internal training.
  • Build customer loyalty by providing exceptional service.
  • Contribute to the promotion of products.
  • Collaborate closely with management.
  • Actively participate in store operations.

Required Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in sales or team management.
  • Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Autonomy, initiative, and positive attitude.
  • Judgment and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • High school diploma (or in the process of obtaining one).
  • French and English required.
  • To succeed in this role, you will need to:
  • Supervise, motivate, and lead the team in-store.
  • Maintain high customer service standards and ensure a remarkable shopping experience.
  • Encourage the team to achieve their goals.
  • Achieve sales targets, including sales per hour (SPH) and dollars per transaction (DPT).
  • Analyze sales reports and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Develop strong relationships with the team and customers.
  • Participate in the welcoming and onboarding of new hires.
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up with customers.
  • Manage store opening and closing.
  • Ensure product visual presentation according to standards.
  • Apply company policies and procedures.
  • Manage inventory according to established processes.
  • Perform any other related tasks.
