The incumbent of this position will support the project team in the administrative management of equipment on construction sites. Your main responsibilities will include managing work orders for equipment, creating and tracking equipment on construction sites, monitoring operating hours, and rebilling them.

What You Will Do

  • Open, compile, and track work orders for equipment and bill for them;
  • Compile the time sheets of the mechanical team;
  • Ensure that the billing requirements of the clients are met;
  • Prepare various reports necessary for the administrative management of equipment on construction sites;
  • Create equipment for different partners in the ERP;
  • Compile and track equipment hours in HCSS;
  • Support the mechanical team in purchase orders related to subcontractors;
  • Build and prepare documentation for various presentations;
  • This position is for you if you have
  • A DEP or DEC in administration, office management, or accounting;
  • At least one year of relevant experience in a similar position;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Ability to quickly master the use of new software;
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to set priorities, and meet deadlines;
  • Autonomy, resourcefulness, and diligence;
  • Location: Located on the construction site in St-Féréoles-les-neiges, Quebec
