Your Role at Garex

• Supervise production and ensure the necessary resources are available to meet customer orders on time.
• Inform your team daily about the challenges and victories in production.
• Ensure that team members have all the necessary tools/equipment to do their jobs.
• Participate, in collaboration with the HR department, in managing human resources; staffing, employment relations, training, CNESST files, absenteeism, etc.).
• Manage employee hours and follow up with the payroll manager as needed.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Act as a leader in workplace health and safety.

Your Profile

• Have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Have experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Be comfortable with technological tools.
• Be a good communicator and have a keen sense of observation.
• Have a strong interest in teamwork and human resource management.
