Plumbing Pipefitter or Heating and Gas Equipment Technician

The Building Management Service is looking for a plumbing pipefitter or heating and gas equipment technician to fill permanent positions.

THE CHALLENGES

As a plumbing pipefitter or heating and gas equipment technician, you will perform various tasks including maintenance, installation, repair, and refurbishment of plumbing and heating equipment operating on oil, electricity, or gas.

To Be Part of the Team, You Must

• Hold a professional studies diploma in plumbing-heating and have a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience;
• Hold a gas equipment technician qualification certificate, class 2 (TAG-2). Holding class 1 (TAG-1) is an asset;
• Hold a plumbing-heating qualification certificate;
• Possess a valid class 5 driver's license;
• Hold the attestation of the General Health and Safety course on construction sites;
• Possess strong skills in troubleshooting equipment related to the job and other appropriate personal skills and qualities.

Note that the job requires you to remain available for interventions on call according to a rotating schedule.
