Project Manager

Are you a passionate person who loves challenges? We are looking for a Project Manager for our plant located in Quebec. Conception R.P. is a manufacturer of specialized equipment in the field of secondary wood transformation. Our specialty is to design, produce and install our own equipment at the cutting edge of technology in order to provide a turnkey service for our international clientele.

Summary of functions: * Plan, organize and supervise the different phases of projects, from design to installation at our clients' plants. * Coordinate the different human and material resources necessary for the realization of our high-value-added industrial automation projects. * Maintain good communication and a trusting relationship with customers, becoming their contact for the realization of their projects and for the establishment of a lasting partnership. * Have effective communication with team members and with the different departments internally. * Contribute to the success of projects by respecting budgets, schedules, the quality of design and manufacturing of our equipment. * Verify the conformity of deliverables with respect to expectations and standards.

Requirements: * DEC or BAC in mechanical engineering * 3 to 5 years of experience * Excellent communication skills, both oral and written * Good stress management * Autonomous and resourceful * Bilingual French and English in order to be able to communicate with the different intervenors outside Quebec * Knowledge of Solidworks * Experience in the manufacturing industry, an asset.
