Description
We are looking for an occupational therapist demonstrating qualities of patience, empathy, and pedagogy. Interprofessional collaboration is at the heart of our interventions, come add your color!
Generally, here are the tasks you can expect to perform:
- evaluate the user's condition, plan, establish rehabilitation goals, and implement the treatment plan based on identified health problems,
- work closely with other health and social services professionals and provide your recommendations regarding the proposed treatment,
- intervene individually or in groups,
- act as a resource person for the client, your colleagues, and the multidisciplinary team,
- plan and organize training activities for your colleagues, family, or support groups,
- teach the user and their family exercises and activities that will promote rehabilitation,
- participate in various clinical research programs,
- support clinical teaching for the continuous training of practitioners,
- participate in the orientation and training of new staff and interns.

Requirements
- Hold a master's degree in occupational therapy,
- Be a member of the Professional Order of Occupational Therapists of Quebec.
- A driver's license and vehicle may be required.
