You ensure effective operations management, maximizing synergy and collaboration within your team and with internal and external partners. Your role is crucial in guaranteeing a high-quality customer experience and achieving remarkable performance results.

Your Role

  • Coach bank advisors and support them daily and in their career path to help them reach their full potential.
  • Inspire and motivate the team by fostering an environment conducive to engagement and service excellence.
  • Promote and encourage the advisory approach of the bank advisor model.
  • Ensure the smooth operation, synergy, and performance of your branch by encouraging operational excellence and quality advisory.
  • Be a transformational leader, implementing transformation strategies while guiding the team through change management.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Regional Vice President, having a significant impact on the region's direction and results, while overseeing the management of a large branch.
  • Ensure compliance with identification, security, and confidentiality standards to protect customer and bank data, and manage risks.
  • Proactively identify workforce needs, analyze gaps between current and future resources, and develop an action plan to address them.
  • Support and coach the team in prospecting activities and proactive contact taking.
  • Represent the Bank professionally to the customer and potential external candidates.

On-Site Work

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 7 to 10 years of experience
  • Be a representative of collective investment funds (REC)
  • Be responsible for the compliance of the administrative unit (RCUA).
  • Significant experience in team management and coaching.
  • Strong expertise in banking services, advisory approach, and business development.
  • Knowledge of financing, investment, and insurance products offered by a bank.
  • Excellent ability to mobilize a team in a transformation context.
  • Strong change management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to optimize branch performance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various internal and external partners.
  • Languages: French
