About the Position

You will serve as the Director of IT – Employee Productivity and Digital Workplace Environment at our offices located in Quebec, for Promutuel Assurance, in a hybrid mode.

In this role, you will be responsible for concretely transforming the daily lives of thousands of users by simplifying tools, reducing irritants, and maximizing the value of Microsoft 365 and Atlassian collaboration platforms. You will also operate in a large-scale, multi-sector environment where the challenges of adoption, performance, and consistency of digital tools are well understood and visible.

This position offers you a unique opportunity to leave your mark by structuring and evolving the *digital workplace* in a product-oriented, value-driven, and user-experience-focused logic.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the strategic vision and architecture target of the Digital Workplace;
• Ensure the consistency of the digital ecosystem and its alignment with business needs;
• Guide technological choices based on value and employee experience;
• Define and drive the adoption and digital literacy strategy of managed products;
• Reduce daily irritants (slowness, access, complexity, workarounds) in a sustainable manner;
• Implement adoption, satisfaction, and productivity metrics;
• Collaborate closely with business teams and cross-functional areas;
• Ensure the availability, stability, performance, and security of services;
• Prioritize actions from incidents and post-mortem analyses;
• Maintain a balance between stability and continuous evolution capacity;
• Mobilize and develop a team of approximately 25-30 professionals;
• Establish a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement;
• Manage the budget and investments (licenses, contracts, services);
• Ensure the application of IT norms and guidelines in decisions.

Do You Have This Profile HERE?

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, administration, or any equivalent qualification;
• Minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant IT experience, including at least five (5) years in IT leadership (management or senior role) in complex environments;
• Practical experience in designing or evolving a digital workplace, M365 environments (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Office, Copilot), and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), along with their adoption and user transformation challenges;
• Good understanding of performance, security, and reliability issues in user environments;
• Experience with employee productivity platforms (e.g., contact center / Genesys or equivalent) – Asset.
