As a Senior Operational Risk Advisor, Banking Services, you are part of a dedicated operational risk management team supporting the First Vice-Presidency Operations. Specifically, you are part of a team of specialists whose mandate is to ensure the support and application of the operational risk management framework within one of the supported sectors, namely the Vice-Presidency Banking Enterprises or Banking Individuals Operations. Your role involves mastering the universe of risks within the sector you support and assisting this team in all operational risk management activities necessary for the management of their operations. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Master the entire set of risks and controls related to the sector's processes by feeding and maintaining the risk profile continuously based on the analysis of changes and events
- Participate in the deployment of new tools, methodologies, and frameworks in operational risk management and provide the necessary training/sensitization to the sector's resources and managers
- Formulate recommendations for action plans when necessary and follow up on them
- Contribute to the reporting of operational risks and identify elements to be transmitted to the second line of defense

What you will bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience, including at least two years in a similar role
- Please note that other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
- Experience in evaluating and controlling operational risks
- Experience in executive writing and presentation
- Knowledge of French is required
- Knowledge of methodologies and tools in operational risk management
