Make your mark within the Fiscalité group as a Tax Compliance Director. This diverse team of professionals develops customized tax strategies in a complex and dynamic regulatory environment. As a trusted director, you will develop solutions to help our clients comply with tax requirements and financial information obligations, mitigate risks, gain efficiency, and maximize their return.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the execution of tax compliance mandates for companies (review of tax returns).
• Manage tax-related risks and provide assistance in case of audit.
• Examine and document tax questions.
• Maintain existing relationships and establish new ones with clients, both internally and externally.
• Correspond with clients and various government agencies to resolve tax compliance issues.
• Conduct technical research, analyze it, and communicate the findings.
• Contribute to the development of tax knowledge among colleagues and external collaborators (training, conferences, talks, etc.).

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in taxation, Master's degree in taxation, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in taxation.
• Experience in a firm, an asset.
• Proven skills in research using specialized tax databases and other fields.
• This position may require occasional travel.
