Summary
Reporting to the director, the OHS and Human Resources Advisor serves as a resource person in occupational health and safety while contributing to various aspects of human resources. The candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment where autonomy, prevention, and continuous improvement are key. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on managers and employees across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a resource person in occupational health and safety.
- Coordinate prevention activities, inspections, audits, and OHS meetings.
- Participate in accident investigations, incident analyses, and follow-up on corrective measures.
- Ensure the updating and application of OHS policies and procedures.
- Develop and follow up on the employee training plan.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of HR and OHS practices.
- Collaborate on various HR projects, mobilization initiatives, and corporate activities.
- Advise and support managers in matters within their area of expertise.

Requirements
- Degree in human resources management, industrial relations, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and OHS practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with autonomy and diligence.
- Valid driver's license and availability for occasional travel between different sites.
Assets
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Knowledge of the CNESST and best practices in prevention.
- Experience in continuous improvement.
- Interest in HR marketing, employer branding, or internal communications.
- CRHA or CRIA certification (an asset).
Conditions / Context
- Full-time permanent position.
- Daytime schedule.
- Based in Saint-Antoine-de-Tilly with occasional travel to the company's different sites.
