Reporting to the store manager, the team lead supports the manager and assistant manager in the daily management of the store, ensuring impeccable customer service and achieving sales targets. They play a key role by being a model for their team. The team lead actively participates in optimizing operations and creating a collaborative work environment, contributing to customer satisfaction and animal well-being.

Your Mission at Mondou

• Participate in the store's daily activities, including inventory management, operational efficiency, marketing, and training;
• Take concrete actions to create a warm customer experience and promote loyalty and acquisition strategies; be an inspiring leader in customer service;
• Live and embody Mondou's values every day, both with customers and your team;
• Lead the team as well as store openings and closings;
• Meet and exceed the sales targets assigned to your shifts;
• Serve as an ambassador for our exclusive brands.

Desired Profile

• Natural leader and positive, you enjoy working in a team and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues;
• Customer and results-oriented, with experience in customer service;
• Organized, versatile, and comfortable with multiple priorities, you adapt well to change and motivate others to do the same;
• Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting heavy loads;
• Experience in retail or animal-related field (an asset);
• Effective communicator in French (English, an asset).
