What Your Typical Day Might Look Like

Our consulting team offers a deep approach to modernizing financial functions. We help our clients across all sectors evaluate and improve the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of their finance function by reviewing their processes and technological infrastructure.

Team Information

We want to help our clients achieve their goals. The consulting team has a long history of collaboration and innovation with our clients to provide chief financial officers with holistic solutions to their most complex business challenges. We rely on our global network of professionals and our sectoral expertise to tailor solutions to our clients' most urgent needs. Whether defining a vision, developing a strategy, designing the financial operational model, improving processes, or deploying technological solutions, we are passionate about helping financial leaders improve their operations and achieve their business objectives.

Enough About Us, Let's Talk About You

  • Hold or be in the process of obtaining the CPA designation
  • Between 3 and 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in an accounting/financial role or providing audit, financial consulting, or technological solution implementation services will be considered an asset.
  • Technical skills and experience in accounting processes, internal controls, risk assessments, IFRS and/or NCECF standards (an asset).
  • Expertise in financial management areas, including designing financial processes, budgeting, preparing financial statements, financial performance management, and developing profitability analyses and financial modeling.
  • Ability to translate clients' challenges into tactical improvement opportunities and develop strategic requirements.
  • Experience with data analysis/visualization tools and translating financial data into actionable information considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication, writing, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Essential interpersonal skills and ease in interacting daily with new people.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and curiosity, emphasizing innovation to serve a diverse clientele.
  • Total Compensation

The salary range for this position is $67,000 to $110,000. Some individuals may be eligible for our bonus program. Salary-wise, Deloitte focuses on equity and competitiveness. We regularly compare our data to market benchmark data for various positions, sectors, targets, and levels. Our approach is based on the importance of recognizing each person's unique strengths and contributions and rewarding them for the value they bring.

The total compensation offered by Deloitte extends beyond traditional compensation and benefits programs and is designed to recognize employees' contributions, promote personal well-being, and support Firm growth.
