Accounting Technician

Description

We are looking for a file manager to join our rapidly growing firm. We are a dynamic and relaxed team that stands out for our client orientation. The number of hours is flexible and evolving. We want a minimum of office presence during the integration period and thereafter, remote work is encouraged.

Tasks

• Perform the accounting of the clients assigned to them (bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, adjustments, etc.)
• Prepare government remittances
• Ensure compliance with the deadlines to which the clients are subject
• Provide assistance to the client regarding technical questions related to their accounting
• Participate in the tax season if necessary

Profile

We are looking for an experienced file manager, capable of acting as an accounting reference and taking charge of files from A to Z.

• Be client-oriented and have a facility to communicate (written and oral)
• Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and establish priorities
• Good adaptability, priority management
• Have good judgment and self-verification capacity
• Have a strong sense of organization and concern for detail
• Be autonomous in their work
• Work in collaboration with the firm's team when necessary

• Employment type: Full-time, Part-time
• Compensation: $27.00 to $35.00 per hour
