Financial Controller – Projects, Transformation, and Departmental Structure

Lévis | In-person with occasional remote work | 37.5 to 40 hours per week

We are recruiting for an established SME that wants to entrust its future financial controller with a central role in the evolution of its finance function. You will work closely with the owner, among others, to structure the accounting department, support upcoming changes, and actively participate in growth projects.

You will have the opportunity to

• Take charge of accounting operations (don't be afraid to do operational accounting) and ensure the stability of the department during an important team transition;
• Supervise an accounting team;
• Review and improve processes;
• Contribute to the implementation of more structured internal controls, budgets, and forecasts;
• Participate in reflections surrounding the evolution of the department, work organization, and system modernization;
• Support teams in change and advance projects.
