L'Étape Vélo Café is an authentic local shop where the passion for cycling, the pleasure of good coffee, and impeccable customer service meet. Located at ..., our shop sells and repairs bicycles of all kinds.

Here, there's no routine: every day is different and stimulating, paced as much by the action in the workshop as by the smell of coffee, in an environment where it's pleasant to evolve, learn, and push oneself.

Your role

• Perform precise diagnostics and complete repairs on all types of bicycles (road, mountain, gravel, urban, cargo, etc.)
• Carry out tuning of various levels, including modern systems (disc brakes, 1x transmissions, electronics, tubeless, etc.)
• Program and update electronic systems
• Assemble new bicycles and ensure they leave the workshop perfectly tuned
• Perform quick repairs (punctures, cables, adjustments, replacement of components, etc.)
• Supervise and support less experienced mechanics when needed
• Participate in the optimization of workshop procedures and maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
• Advise customers and participate in the sale of bicycles and accessories

Desired profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a bicycle workshop
• Mastery of modern standards: disc brakes, 1x transmissions, tubeless, e-bikes (an asset)
• Offers an exceptional customer service and can popularize technical aspects
• Is meticulous, punctual, organized, and self-reliant
• Enjoys working in a team and sharing knowledge
• Available on weekends
• Employment type: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
• Compensation: $20.00 to $27.00 per hour
• Scheduled hours: 25.0 to 45.0 per week
