- Recommend measures regarding employee hiring and promotions
- Prepare production and other reports
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Provide information on the maintenance plan to ensure compliance with maintenance and production objectives
- Ensure employee/worker training on tasks, safety measures, and company policies
- Ensure operational safety
- Install machinery and equipment
