International Grants and Finance Coordinator

Under the supervision of the Portfolio Director, the International Grants and Finance Coordinator supports the portfolio management team and its vendors in managing international grant applications.

The incumbent is responsible for preparing, coordinating, and tracking grant applications. They also act as an advisor to vendors and brand managers to optimize and maximize allocated budgets.

In this capacity, they prepare and coordinate the submission of European and international grant applications in collaboration with vendors and brand managers.

They also contribute to the collection, structuring, and organization of information required for the production of activity reports, including gathering visuals from various Canadian markets and consolidating evidence related to OCM activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble international grant applications
• Organize proof requirements for each vendor
• Collaborate with sales and portfolio management teams to obtain required photos
• Validate photo compliance (presence of the European logo when required, absence of visible prices, etc.)
• Process photos: name, number, date, and organize them
• Associate photos with specific vendor European projects or files
• Work closely with the accounting team
• Verify and compile invoice details (cost allocation)
• Code, renumber, and file invoices
• Submit complete files (Report, Photos, Invoices) to vendors

Qualifications

• Proficiency in French and English
• Motivation, accountability, initiative, and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills and strong autonomy
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
