And we care about the planet: we limit single-use plastics and use recycled or compostable materials whenever possible.

We are looking for a Product Manager

Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for our small electronic devices, from concept to launch (and beyond!). You will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure our products impress our clients.

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Develop and execute a clear product strategy for our small electronic devices, in line with PixMob's mission and objectives.
  • Define and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features, improvements, and innovations based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies to identify differentiation opportunities.
  • Advocate for the customer and user experience in all product decisions.

Product Development & Execution

  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to define requirements, specifications, and prototypes.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept to development, launch, and iterative updates.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, quality, budget, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, remove obstacles, and make data-driven decisions.

Market Analysis & Customer Insights

  • Conduct market research and analyze target segments, customer needs, and market opportunities.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback through interviews, surveys, and user testing.
  • Transform insights into product improvements, feature prioritization, and positioning strategies.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Launch Support

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create product messaging, positioning, and launch plans.
  • Contribute to the creation of supporting materials: product documentation, sales presentations, web content.
  • Support sales teams with training, competitive analysis, and technical expertise during client meetings.

Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement

  • Track product performance indicators (sales, revenue, customer satisfaction, market share).
  • Conduct post-launch analyses to measure success and identify improvement areas.
  • Drive iterative improvements and new features to maximize product value.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Be the product advocate across the organization, maintaining alignment and communication.
  • Facilitate communication between engineering, design, marketing, sales, and external partners.
  • Lead projects autonomously, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Required Profile / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Additional certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in product management, ideally in consumer electronics or a similar field.
  • Solid technical knowledge of small electronic devices and their manufacturing process.
  • Exceptional project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to use market data, customer insights, and business metrics to guide product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passion for technology and curiosity about the latest trends and innovations.
  • Bilingual French/English is an asset (English required).

Languages & Inclusivity

You will need to be able to communicate in English (written and spoken), as our daily interactions are with international clients — US, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and others.

Inclusivity is at the heart of our culture. We welcome and value candidates from all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. Our text is intentionally simplified to facilitate understanding between languages and is not intended to exclude or favor any gender.
