Internal Sales / Sales Counter

TTI, the pioneer of heat pumps in Quebec, is looking for a dynamic and resourceful person to join our Quebec branch's sales counter team.

The role holder is the first point of contact with our contractor clients, both at the counter and by phone. You take orders, prepare them accurately, and ensure the smooth operation of the store and warehouse.

What You Will Do Daily

• Welcome clients and take orders received by phone, email, or in person at the counter
• Build and maintain business relationships with our contractor clients
• Prepare orders, ensuring the accuracy of products
• Perform merchandise receipts, checking the quantity and quality received
• Store merchandise in the right places, maximizing storage space
• Provide support for various warehouse and store activities
• Collaborate with colleagues and your supervisor
• Maintain order and cleanliness in your workspace
• Inform your immediate supervisor of any issues or possible improvements
• Be available to perform other tasks, as needed, at the request of the supervisor

The Profile We Are Looking For

• A versatile, punctual, diligent, and physically fit person
• Excellent customer service and an easy smile
• Comfortable with learning and using a computer system
• Good learning ability — we will train you on our products and systems
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license (Class 5)
• Good spoken and written French

Job Details

• Schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (8 hours/day)
• Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
• Salary: $22 to $25/hour
• Location: In-person, Quebec
