Sales Representative

CR Pro Solution Inc. is a Quebec-based company specializing in accounts receivable management for small and medium-sized enterprises. We offer an automated invoice follow-up platform as well as an outsourced accounts receivable management service.

CR Pro Solution is looking for independent sales representatives to develop its customer base among Quebec SMEs. The representative will be responsible for prospecting, presenting services, and concluding agreements with clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect SMEs with unpaid invoice issues
• Present CR Pro Solution services by phone, email, or in person
• Conclude agreements for independent plans
• Gather information needed to prepare a proposal for the outsourced management service and accompany the prospect to the signing
• Maintain rigorous follow-up with each prospect
• Compensation

The compensation is entirely commission-based, with no cap. Independent contractor.

• First month of the client's subscription paid in full to the representative
• +10% of the monthly fee paid to the representative for 12 months
• or 15% of the annual amount for subscriptions paid in one installment

Desired Profile

• Independent, disciplined, and results-oriented person
• Excellent communication skills in French, both oral and written
• Proficiency in telephone and email prospecting
• Knowledge of the Quebec SME environment (an asset)
• Experience in B2B sales (an asset)
