Customer Service Representative

• Tasks

Customer Service and Welcome: You will be the first point of contact for our customers, welcoming them with courtesy and professionalism. Your ability to listen, advise, and meet the needs of customers with empathy and efficiency is essential.

Transaction Management: You will be responsible for the accurate execution of transactions at the cash register, ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience for each customer.

Product Advice: With a deep knowledge of our product range, you will answer customer questions, helping them make informed choices that best meet the needs of their pets.

Sales and Advice: Identify customer needs and recommend additional products or promotions to optimize their shopping experience.

Maintenance of Cleanliness and Order: You will ensure that the work area remains clean and organized, contributing to a positive and welcoming shopping experience for our customers.

Receiving and Restocking: You will actively participate in the receipt of merchandise and ensure its restocking in the store, ensuring the availability of products for our customers.

Schedule: Friday (evening) and Saturday Sunday (days) 15h-20h/week

Employment Type: Part-time

Compensation: Starting at $16.60 per hour
