Builder:

• Hourly rate based on experience for a schedule of 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Work one weekend out of two

Your Role as an Indispensable: Under the supervision of the Head Cook, your mission will be to prepare delicious meals while respecting quality standards and established budgets.

• Distribute and review the work of the kitchen and maintenance staff to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
• Ensure the proper maintenance of equipment for their good functioning.
• Manage food orders and inventory, ensuring good product rotation to avoid losses.

Requirements

• DEP in cooking or equivalent experience, relevant experience will also be considered.
• MAPAQ hygiene and sanitation certification.
• 12 to 18 months of experience in a similar role.
