Home Delivery Leader

RH is searching for a "Home Delivery Leader" to oversee the execution of our home delivery experience in an assigned market. This position is responsible for promoting operational excellence in warehousing and delivery functions, while ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the quality, care, and service expected from the RH brand.

As a leader of teams and processes, you will enhance performance through clear direction, strong partnerships, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will bring together teams, systems, and third-party service providers to offer a seamless and top-tier customer experience, from the home delivery center to the customer's home.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead home delivery center operations, ensuring excellence in warehousing, inventory management, route optimization, delivery execution, and last-mile service
• Lead, mentor, and develop teams to promote accountability, engagement, safety, and performance
• Supervise daily workflows, staffing, scheduling, workforce planning, and resource allocation using key performance indicators to improve productivity, efficiency, service, and quality
• Support tactical financial execution, including operational expense management
• Collaborate with third-party delivery and logistics providers to ensure alignment with RH's service standards, expectations, and requirements
• Conduct site visits, delivery accompaniments, customer visits, Gallery visits, and operational audits to assess execution, identify gaps, and strengthen performance
• Manage escalated customer concerns with speed and a sense of responsibility
• Participate in network communications by sharing concrete actions, successes, observations, and recommendations that promote consistency and continuous improvement
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staffing needs within the company
• Maintain active involvement in operations by performing and supporting any necessary functions to meet company needs
• OUR REQUIREMENTS
• More than 5 years of experience in leadership in home delivery, logistics, warehousing, or a related field in a service-oriented environment
• Constant passion for providing world-class service to our organization and customers
• Experience in managing teams in complex, multi-site, or rapidly growing operational environments
• Strong understanding of operations, including experience in cost, service, quality, and productivity management
• Experience in managing both internal teams and external service providers to deliver consistent and high-quality results
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to align teams, cross-functional partners, and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills, operational understanding, and sound business judgment
• Experience with warehouse management systems, routing tools, reporting platforms, and technologies used to manage operations
• Must be able to drive as needed to support customer visits, delivery accompaniments, Gallery visits, site visits, and operational execution; valid driver's license required
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country to which they are applying at the time of application
• Proficiency in both English and French is required due to the international nature of our activities and the need to communicate with global teams
• PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Frequently move and lift items up to 25 kg (55 lb) without assistance
• Frequently stand, turn, bend, kneel, crouch, stoop, and climb
• Work standing and walking for long periods
• Periodically work outside and in noisy environments
• Occasional travel within the home delivery network
• Drive a company vehicle safely as needed
