• YOUR MISSION:

Under the supervision of the production supervisor, you will be responsible for operating, configuring, and optimizing various metalworking equipment to produce components that meet quality and production requirements. You will primarily work with our CNC equipment, Laser Tube, and plasma cutting equipment. With your autonomy, curiosity, and analytical sense, you will contribute to solving daily technical challenges and improving our manufacturing methods in our new factory.

MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION

• Read and interpret drawings, plans, and work instructions
• Operate, configure, and adjust various metalworking equipment
• Perform necessary setups and adjustments according to production requirements
• Operate CNC equipment, Laser Tube, and plasma cutting equipment
• Make adjustments to maintain quality standards
• Diagnose and solve first-level production or equipment issues
• Participate in process optimization and continuous improvement of manufacturing methods
• Collaborate on testing, implementation, and learning of new equipment or processes
• Perform required assemblies according to work instructions
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, tools, and measuring instruments
• Perform daily preventive maintenance of equipment
• Follow health and safety procedures and good handling practices
• Complete required reports and tracking sheets
• Perform any other tasks related to the position

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• DEP in machining techniques or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or metalworking environment
• Experience in operating and setting up manufacturing equipment
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
• Strong autonomy and problem-solving skills
• Technical curiosity and desire to learn
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and quality
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment
• WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

After 3 months: You master daily operations, setups, and the company's quality standards. You are comfortable with our equipment, work methods, and effectively contribute to production.

After 6 months: You manage your work autonomously, propose improvements to manufacturing methods, and actively participate in process, program, and equipment optimization.

After 12 months: You have become a technical reference in the team. You participate in the development of new projects, the integration of new equipment, and contribute concretely to the evolution of the machining department and our new factory.
