QUALITY OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR – A220

AOG Team is seeking a Quality Operations Supervisor – A220 for a major aerospace company located in Mirabel, Quebec. You will be responsible for supervising a quality inspection team and ensuring the compliance of aerospace structures according to engineering, customer, and quality standards requirements.

Full-time – Day shift

Salary up to $50/hour and more, depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of a quality inspection team.
• Ensure the compliance of aerospace structures to engineering and quality standards requirements.
• Manage non-conformities and ensure the follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to address quality issues.
• Participate in the development of quality procedures and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S).
• Prepare and present quality performance reports.

Profile sought

✔ Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in quality assurance in the aerospace sector.

✔ At least 2 years of experience in supervision or leadership.

✔ Experience in the inspection of aerospace structures.

✔ Good knowledge of AS/EN9100 standards.

✔ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

✔ Knowledge of SAP and PLM (asset).

✔ Bilingual French/English.

✔ Leadership, rigor, autonomy, and excellent communication skills.

Salary: $30.00 to $50.00 per hour
