The Context: Innovation at the Heart of Digital Media
At Radio-Canada, we create digital experiences that accompany millions of Canadians daily, such as on ICI TOU.TV, Radio-Canada OHdio, and Radio-Canada Info. In a rapidly evolving ecosystem, data and marketing technologies (MarTech) are our compass for personalizing our audiences' experiences and optimizing our results. You will be at the center of a transformation towards a modern architecture, placing technological innovation at the service of marketing performance.
Why is this Role Important?
As a Product Manager, MarTech (Marketing and Technology), you occupy a pivotal strategic role at the critical intersection between marketing business needs and data and technology teams' capabilities. You are the guardian of the marketing technology roadmap, responsible for the evolution and value of our MarTech ecosystem. Your goal is to maximize user engagement and lifetime value (LTV) by ensuring performant, secure, and interoperable solutions.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Product vision and roadmap: Carry and drive the MarTech tools roadmap in alignment with the strategic pillars defined by leadership. Anticipate market trends to support growth objectives;
- RFP management: Act as a technical expert and coordinator during the acquisition processes of new solutions, in collaboration with procurement and specialist teams;
- Backlog and delivery management: Prioritize developments by translating complex business issues into clear technical user stories (User Stories) for integration into development teams' roadmaps;
- Optimization & ROI: Maximize the value derived from technological investments. Monitor operational budget (licenses, consumption), optimize tool feature usage, and drive post-implementation performance analyses;
- Ecosystem orchestration and interoperability: Drive the integration and fluidity of data flows between different marketing platform stacks (MarTech Stack). Act as the master of functional interoperability to ensure data is collected, centralized, and ready for exploitation by third-party systems;
- Governance, quality, and ethics: Ensure tool compliance with privacy and data protection rules while maintaining the reliability of marketing data pipelines;
- Evangelism and influence leadership: Act as the expert reference to maximize marketing technology adoption. Exercise influence leadership with internal partners to align business processes with the ecosystem's technological capabilities.
This position is a combination of remote work and office presence. Work modalities will be discussed with hiring managers according to sector-determined guidelines.
Desired Profile:
You understand that a tool or data has value only if it directly serves audience engagement and business performance.
Key Technical Skills
- MarTech Ecosystem: Confirmed expertise in the implementation and management of complex products (e.g., journey orchestration platform, performance measurement tools, ad servers, CDP);
- Data and Architecture: Good knowledge of data flows, tracking principles (tags, pixels), and decentralized architectures;
- Governance and Privacy: Mastery of compliance and privacy protection issues in a digital environment;
- Change Management: Demonstrated ability to support teams in adopting new work methods, overcome resistance, and facilitate training;
- Agile Tools: Proficiency in the Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence).
Professional Skills
- Business Translation: Ability to transform marketing issues into technological projects and popularize technical value in business benefits;
- Resilience and Adaptability: Comfortable in a constantly evolving environment and managing projects with fluid boundaries;
- Rigor and Analytical Mindset: Passion for data precision and system structure. Strong interest in marketing and continuous performance improvement;
- Operational Rigor: Ability to maintain precise documentation and inventories;
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and bilingualism (French/English) to collaborate with our technological suppliers.

Why Join Us?
- Play a leading role in putting data at the heart of marketing teams' strategic and creative decisions;
- A pivotal role where your human impact will be as important as your technical impact;
