Corporate Sales Delegate

*Under the supervision of the Director of Corporate and Tourist Sales, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our corporate clients, conventions, and event agencies.* *Your main mission will be to understand the specific needs of each client and propose customized solutions for their events. You will thus contribute to the loyalty of our clientele through your excellent sense of service.*

During a workday, you will be tasked with *Actively prospecting for new corporate clients, conventions, and event agencies and establishing lasting relationships.* *Understanding the needs of clients and proposing solutions tailored to their goals and budget.* *Collaborating on the sale of products, discussing menus, prices, necessary equipment (audio-visual, IT, or otherwise), venue layout, etc., with clients.* *Conducting boat tours to sell our services.* *Collaborating with the logistics team to ensure effective implementation of projects.* *Transmitting necessary information for the event to the coordinator.* *Ensuring the smooth running of activities at the departure of clients.* *Ensuring full client satisfaction to promote their loyalty.* *Following up with clients after events, proposing other products and services from Croisières AML, and presenting submissions in this regard.* *Monitoring industry trends and staying informed about new business opportunities.* *Collaborating to represent the company in various activities (trade shows, meetings, cocktail events, etc.).* *Performing all other related tasks.*

The “fit” will be right with Croisières AML if you have: *A DEC in hotel management, event organization, or any other relevant training.* *1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.* *Proficiency with the Office Suite.* *Knowledge of the tourism and event industry (an asset).* *Excellent mastery of French and English, both spoken and written.* *Strong sales and customer service skills.* *A demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets!*
