• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment
• Weigh resins, pigments, and other chemicals according to appropriate formulas
• Inspect and check the quality of the produced material
• Pour weighed substances into the mixer

Operate and adjust rolling mills to transform plastic balls or sheets into continuous sheets or films of a determined thickness

Adjust the rollers of the rolling mills to modify the production line

Operate and adjust machines that serve to extrude plastic compounds through the nozzle or die

Replace the dies of the extruder machines according to the needs of the production line

Operate and adjust one or more machines serving to mold plastic products

Organize and maintain an up-to-date inventory

Operate, use, and monitor machines used for mixing, calendering, extrusion, molding, or vulcanizing rubber goods or products
