We are recruiting for a provincial employers' association operating in the construction sector. Representing and defending the interests of its members, it actively contributes to the development of its industry.
To support its activities and ensure quality service to its members, the organization is looking for an administrative coordinator.
Reporting to the director and collaborating with the operations manager, the administrative coordinator ensures the coordination of the company's administrative activities. They contribute to the organization of events, management of registrations, support for committees, and follow-up on various projects.
The coordinator also acts as a resource person for members, partners, and suppliers, and coordinates some external resources to support the company's activities and reputation.
Main Responsibilities
Administrative Management
- Prepare and track various administrative documents;
- Follow up on files and contribute to the advancement of projects and action plans;
- Manage databases, registrations, and member lists;
- Act as a resource person for members, partners, and suppliers.
Project and Event Coordination
- Coordinate the organization of events, training, and activities;
- Manage event registrations and logistics;
- Collaborate on the realization of the company's projects and activities by following up with partners and collaborators;
- Compile and update various data and information.
Communications and Marketing
- Coordinate the work of external suppliers in graphic design, marketing, and communication;
- Participate in the updating of communication tools and the website;
- Contribute to the quality and dissemination of communications to members.
Other Responsibilities
- Support the team in its daily activities;
- Perform any other related tasks.
Desired Profile
- College diploma (DEC) in administration, office management, or a relevant field;
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an administrative coordination or operations support role;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously;
- Strong autonomy, initiative, and attention to detail;
- Excellent writing and communication skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
- Very good knowledge of French and English.
- Knowledge of the construction industry (an asset).
- Experience in event coordination or with associations (an asset).

Working Conditions and Benefits
- Full-time permanent position, 35 hours per week
- Monday to Friday schedule from 8 am to 4 pm
- Summer hours (early June to early September)
- Hybrid work (telework 2 days per week)
