BI Domain Specialist (Business Intelligence)

TEHORA is currently looking for a BI Domain Specialist (Business Intelligence) – Intermediate to participate in the design, development, and evolution of decision-making solutions that transform data into strategic and exploitable information.

Non-exhaustive list of services and deliverables that the selected person will provide:

• Participate in the analysis, modeling, and valorization of data;
• Develop and maintain decision-making dashboards and reports;
• Design data models adapted to business needs;
• Develop ETL processes for data integration and migration;
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency;
• Participate in the evolution of analytical and decision-making platforms;
• Produce functional and technical documentation;
• Collaborate with business, architecture, and development teams;
• Participate in the automation of data processing processes;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business intelligence practices.

Requirements

• Hold a university degree in computer science or an appropriate discipline;
• Hold a recognized certification in information technology;
• ITIL or project management certification is an asset;
• Microsoft Power BI certification is an asset;
• Have more than two (2) years of relevant experience in business intelligence;
• Demonstrate expertise in data modeling with SQL Server and Power BI;
• Master Power Query and data refresh strategies;
• Have experience in developing ETL processes;
• Experience with cloud data platforms is an asset;
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate is an asset;
• Master the Microsoft BI suite (SQL Server, SSIS, and Power BI);
• Master SQL, DAX, and PowerShell languages;
• Knowledge of Python or R languages is an asset;
• Demonstrate a good sense of analysis, organization, and documentation;
• Show autonomy, initiative, and excellent team spirit.
