In your role, you will contribute to:

Reporting to the IT Director, the Network Administrator and Security plays a strategic on-the-ground role in the administration, improvement, and securing of all IT infrastructure (on-premises and cloud-based). This person is responsible for the daily management of systems, technological vigilance, and the deployment of concrete projects in the plant. This role is essential to maintain the cybersecurity posture and support the technological evolution of the organization.

Network and Server Administration

  • Manage and optimize network security (LAN, WAN, Firewall, segmentation)
  • Manage physical and virtual servers (Windows, Linux) in regard to their updates and continuous operations
  • Supervise cloud environments (Azure, M365, Google/AWS if applicable) and their security mechanisms

Cybersecurity and Vigilance

  • Manage daily security tools and reports (EDR, MDM/MAM, MFA, SIEM, network monitoring)
  • Develop, maintain, and audit protection mechanisms (internal and partner)
  • Collaborate on risk analyses, vulnerability assessments, and remediation plans
  • Actively contribute to cyber incident response and business continuity plans
  • Conduct constant technological vigilance and recommend proactive improvements

Strategic and Operational Support

  • Support operational teams during incidents, migrations, or deployments
  • Document rigorously the infrastructure, procedures, and changes made
  • Participate occasionally in technical support and ticket management

Key Skills

  • Network Expertise: Advanced mastery of complex network administration (segmentation, static/dynamic routing, switching, SD-WAN, and VPN)
  • Operational Security: Hands-on experience with protection and monitoring tools (Next-Generation Firewall, EDR/XDR, SIEM, MFA, DLP, and log management)
  • Infrastructure and Virtualization: Solid mastery of physical and virtual server environments (VMware) as well as Windows operating systems (Linux is a plus)
  • Cloud Ecosystem: Deep knowledge of cloud management and security (Azure, M365, Google)
  • Manufacturing Understanding: Excellent understanding of the operational challenges of a 24/7/365 plant and the impacts of cybersecurity on production continuity
  • Analysis and Communication: Ability to diagnose incidents, design reliable solutions, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users

Requirements

  • DEC or BAC in computer science (or equivalent)
  • Network Certifications: CCNA/CCNP or CompTIA Network+ (plus)
  • Security Certifications: CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CEH, or ISO 27001 (plus)
  • Cloud Certifications: Azure Administrator/Architect or M365 Security Admin (plus)
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years in network/systems administration, with at least 2 to 3 years specifically in cybersecurity
  • Experience in a 24/7/365 industrial environment or participation in the implementation of security frameworks
  • Possess a valid driver's license and passport for on-site and international travel
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is mandatory, Spanish is a plus
