Fragrance Consultant (Part time)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Fragrance Consultant to join our team (part-time: Sundays and Mondays). As a Fragrance Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling fragrances, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their fragrance preferences and needs
• Demonstrate knowledge of various fragrances and assist customers in selecting the right products
• Provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on fragrance notes and ingredients
• Process transactions accurately using cashiering skills
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or sales roles
• Proficiency in English and French; multilingual abilities are a plus
• Knowledge of perfume brands is advantageous
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to upsell and promote products effectively
